COUNCILMAN WICKHAM: No, I don't vote for this. I am sure Ms. Winser will be a suitable candidate and I am sure she will be competent here and she will have a good program here but during the interviews, we interviewed a number of people, there were many, good, well-qualified people, there was one outstanding candidate and I have to say the outstanding candidate was a local person, she would have been cost effective, very well-qualified and I just feel that I always would like to appoint the most highly qualified person in my judgment and I just don't think this is that person, so I am voting no.

SUPERVISOR RUSSELL: I am actually voting enthusiastically person. She was the recommended choice of the Planning Board themselves. I hold them in high regard, I know Tom has voted to appoint many of those Planning Board members and I am certainly going to trust their judgment. And in the interview, there were two very good candidates and I have to say on the whole, all the candidates we had, it is amazing to see the level of quality we got in this last round. So, I thought we got some exceptional candidates up and down the board, so that is nice to see. It is always good when you have problems picking between two good ones. So, I vote yes.
